Anything that helps the Bathroom Manufacturers Association get its information out to the widest possible audience is to be welcomed and that is why I am dropping you this quick email to 'plug' the Customer Service Survey the BMA is conducting in association with its Digital Media Partners, kbb News. It's an online survey and only takes a few minutes to complete as most of the questions just need a tick to answer. The BMA will share the data with its Conference Facilitator Stuart Cross and the panel of expert speakers who may use part of the analysis to tailor their presentations at the 2010 Annual Bathroom Conference. And kbb News will use the data to produce a report that will be published on the kbb News website after the conference. The online survey is at:https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/bmacustomerservicesurvey2010 and we welcome your participation.
Many thanks, Grahame Morrison, Web manager - www.kbbnews.co.uk
