We were in Brussels this week representing our BMA membership in an important European bathroom manufacturers meeting. We were there to discuss a European Voluntary Labelling Scheme – an equivalent to our own WEPLS – Water Efficient Product Labelling Scheme. The European scheme is being designed and developed for the tap and shower valve market as part of CEIR – the European Association for Taps and Showers. WEPLS is increasingly well respected and is being used as a benchmark for bathroom product labelling. We are pleased with that!
