We are visiting KBB London this week. We don’t have a stand but it will be good to meet members and friends. We also have two meetings – one to discuss the formula for the Bathroom Industry Journalist Award and the other Consumer Campaign for Water Efficiency. Meanwhile our Technical Director is in Milan discussing issues on harmonisation of European Sanitaryware standards – this is the main committee and the focus will be on the recent announcement that the Construction Products Directive is now a Regulation and that harmonisation of standards across Europe will have to include sustainability as an essential requirement.
